So I’ve very aptly named this project as it’s a reflection on not only our ethos but also our clients belief that if something can be done then we are the team to do it.
This project was very very nearly mathematically Impossible 😯 it did also take us 2 goes to get the stair case compliant and useable 😬💪
An ingenious idea to cover an extension roof with decking and steps which makes a once out of use area a haven, a place to relax and enjoy.
This was perhaps up there with one of the most challenging jobs we’ve done . A use of specific anchor fixings and a solid metal subframe separates our timber structure from the felt roof top.
We had an incredibly steep descent with such a short flight available to fit in any type of stair case let alone 2. Besides which width was also a critical measure proof every inch counts.
Our clients were both incredibly patient and what a fab job they have done of making it their own 👌
