So I’ve started the photo thread with the before images first, hindsight is a wonderful thing and I wish I’d done a before video 🙈 never the less these contemporaneous photos detail the garden before we began.
Step 1 was dig the footings by hand. Massively over spec’d in size at least we can sleep easy knowing they won’t be going anywhere 😊
The task of hand digging footings isn’t one our lads might be keen to do again soon 🤪
Once our Bricky had the walls up, Adam our excellent renderer got the walls finished off meaning our teams could begin on the 36 ton of hard core none bucket at a time 🙈
Topped this off with our natural stone slabs wrap it all up in our super tough close board fencing and throw in some high quality seeded turf from South Devon Turf and hey presto it’s complete 👌
If only creating this garden was as easy as this post 👀😆
Mark and Donna have been fantastic to work with keeping beers in the fridge and even making our lads home made pasties, it’s touches like this that go such a long way 👌👏
They both told me that the garden has never been anything in all the time they have lived there. So for them this must be hugely important and we’re all glad we delivered 🤟
